After moving on from a successful 10+ year run in food service management, I've been growing a career in IT technical support over the last five years. As is typical for me, I've started at the bottom as an intern, and am now running a small desktop support team for a rapidly growing company.My passions in this industry are around learning, growth, and development. I want to be the best version of "me" possible, so I can help my reports become the best versions of "them" that they can be! I deeply understand the concept that their success is my success.Beyond the "people" aspect, I wish to continue to grow my technical abilities. While I am already very proficient in large areas of enterprise end-user support (AD/AAD management, O365 administration and troubleshooting, hardware/software support - including for internal/proprietary applications, among others), my most rewarding responsibility is the support of a robust Azure Virtual Desktop deployment, where my team and I currently support around 200 users in at least 5 countries.
