The team closely collaborates with Autonomy (Perception, Behavior, Mapping and Localization), Autonomy Product, Technical Program Management and Software Operation (in-house and off-shore) to provide necessary tools, dashboards to advance autonomy progress and driverless deployment.– Autonomy data ingestion from a fleet of 100+ robots and test vehicles in multiple cities, where each ingestion incurs multiple TB data offload– Autonomy data management including backend, service and front-end user interface for 7+ years of autonomy logs.– Ground truth labeling tools, pipelines and data management of 3D Lidar and 2D semantic segmentation, expert driving demonstration for both Perception and Behavior teams.– Log and scene metadata tracking of hundreds of million of scenes for simulation, validation, ML development and evaluation.– Heuristics and ML based data discovery leveraging indices and embeddings for all driving data.– Large scale autonomy evaluation and validation metrics / dashboards to support day-to-day development and driverless deployment.
