Current- Oversee the end-to-end admission process, guiding candidates from outreach and inquiry to application submission, interviews, and orientation.- Develop comprehensive admissions strategies, policies, procedures, and protocols that align seamlessly with the mission of the School of Medicine.- Collaborate with the Admissions Committee members to craft effective admission strategies that foster equity, diversity and inclusivity.- Ensure adherence to federal and state laws, accreditation standards, and national best practices within the admissions framework.- Collect data and generate insightful reports for the Dean's Executive Committee and the Association of American Medical Colleges.- Provide leadership and mentorship to a dedicated team, ensuring the successful achievement of yearly objectives through effective strategies, content, and training.
