In this organization I have under my responsibility the complete technological infrastructure, including the management, safeguarding and updating of Datacenter, the definition of policies for managing the area, the preparation and follow up of the budgets and investment plans, the supervision of software development, maintenance of web sites and portals.The technologies used include Linux, Windows, MySQL, SqlServer, Java programming language and operating systems, HP and IBM Servers.I am also in charge of Client Support Department structured as a Contact Center, where calls are received, emails are answered and social networks and portals of the organization are maintained. Monthly indicators are monitored, and guidelines are set.As an additional task in 2013 I was given the leadership of the project of Quality Certification, implementing the ISO 9001:2008 Norm abroad the company (goal achieved in June 2013)Being part of the management team of the organization we establish the general policies of the company as well as the annual planning, including the definition and monitoring of performance indicators. In total I lead a team of 15 people.

In the corporation I led systems implementation projects for companies in the group, analyzing customer requirements, designing the solution and actively participating in the implementation, managing and working with a development team for that purpose.
