As a senior consultant I undertake data modelling, define business requirements and data integration designs for systems solutions. Projects can involve the following : Business Statement of Data Needs & Opportunity, Data Modelling, Business Requirements, Data/Process analysis, GDPR, Data Integration Design, Data Analytics & Reporting, Database Development and Data Solution Design.

I joined the project to build the Minimal Viable Product (MPV) for a new app. An Agile approach was used and I was responsible for co-ordinating and defining the design and producing the specification for system build. A unique approach was used to capture points of interest from website and videos in particular YouTube. Marketing functions where included for e-commerce, advertising and app sign-up.

I was engaged for the development of a Customer Engagement Management (CEM) Framework to define and analyse projects to support the restaurant business. This covered CRM, Customer Services, Loyalty Programmes, Customer Digital Engagement, Business and Insight and Analytics. A customer data model was produced for CEM. A business requirements project Initiation definition was defined for the loyalty platform to be supported by an external supplier.

I worked on a health care app called AIM (Always In Mind) designed for families caring for loved ones such as the elderly or family members who are at home or in residential places of care. This development was Agile based and covered product concept, user/technical stories, requirement definition, prototyping, data modelling and database design. Development was undertaken with off shore resources co-ordinated with project management co-ordination from the UK.

I worked as a business systems analyst and technical designer for Cognitive Box Consulting. The work covered customer databases, database marketing, campaign management, customer communications management, database design, business analytics/reporting and data modelling.
