- Engineering Manager for (periodically) 2 teams at a time (11 direct reports at peak).- Responsible for personal development, salary, hiring manager interviews, part of the domain’s engineering leadership team and coaching of new managers.- I lead the architecture and development of a custom high security infrastructure in AWS to let customers connect their Gmail inbox to parse emails for package tracking numbers and as well as the integration to the shipping companies to get the live tracking data. Tech stack: React/React native, Node.js, various AWS services.I work closely with the engineers, operational staff, partners and other key stakeholders internally and externally to Klarna.- Core-organizer of Klarna's internal Tech and Product conference "The KonferenSE". I organized this event for 5 years in a row as one of the core group of 3 people. Responsible for venue-booking, branding and logistics in the week of the event as well as content curation. Oversaw together with the other 2 the quality of the content and speaker mentoring. Managed in total a group of 10 organizers, 20 mentors and 30 speakers.
