Created long-term partnership with top universities and Global Marmon innovation network regarding the cutting-edge technologies. • Developed 80+ innovative products, created a brand-new product design language. Recognized by a number of IF and Red Dot design awards. Cloud Diamond Series softener and WHF, Full Kitchen/Pure E/Pure Love/Pure Drink RO Products and Enjoyment/Love/Love Series Ultrafiltration Products. 46 patents filed.• Championed and started the 3-years Growth Acceleration strategy of EcoWater Asia business since 2021. Led R&D efforts to address the needs in niche market. The launch of black diamond and cloud diamond whole-home filtration products achieved the No.1 market share in premium segment (Macalline and EasyHome). • Drives Continuous Improvement and Simplification through lean practices, VAVE and best practice sharing across team (30+ seminars per year).

• Set up EcoWater(China) Innovation Center (Kunshan) since 2017 and opened in 2018. Developed cross functional team including ME, EE, software, IoT, Testing and Project management. Established short-term product development plan and long-term technology/platform/product roadmap. Created differentiated product portfolio thorough meaningful innovation across holistic product lines: whole home filtration, whole kitchen filtration (Tankless RO), Heating Tankless RO, and AI + IoT solutions.

Managed the China Tyco Retail Solutions engineering organization and led a multidisciplinary team - aligned with the One China strategy and the Retail Solutions global engineering strategy - to strength the global market leader and achieve Tyco’s growth goals in China (+$ 80M). • Launched 5 projects (DoorMax, ILI Dual tag, Deactivator, etc.,), achieved ~ $ 17 million in revenue.• Established the “Innovation Hub” in China technology center and hold the event of the 1st innovation challenge: 62 ideas collected, 7 screened out for China product roadmap.• As the engineering quality excellence leader, built up DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) discipline and product development competency in China technology center and facilitated the change from reactive to proactive. Delivered 36 seminars to enhance the competence of DFSS/DFR/DFM skills and product know-how. Tyco Retail Solutions is the market leader within Loss Prevention, Inventory Intelligence, and Traffic Insights with a vision to be “the global leader in enabling smart and connected shopper engagement.”

Led research activities on the principles and mechanisms study which cover a broad portfolio including Kitchen Appliance, Garment care, Personal care and Air Purification. Contributed to the developments of short-term/long-term research road maps and technology platforms for the targeted applications and domains.Filed 16 patents, Issued 7 technical notes.

Managed NPI (New product introduction) projects portfolio on power transmission equipment, including low voltage Busway (IEC, Korea), 24/27KV VCB / Switchgear. Supervised and mentored design team to promote and utilize DFSS (Design For Six Sigma), DFR (design for reliability) techniques for product development.

Started as a mechanical engineer to own the architecture and aesthetic of Horizontal washing machines. Developed the Sunrise product portfolio of 54L Horizontal washing machines and launched in APAC. Led the team to develop the Sunrise 54L UL Horizontal washing machines for North American market.
