- Involved in varies stages from conceptual design- prepare presentation drawings; until construction- site monitor contractors’ work, encounter problems raised on site- Prepare drawings compliance with local regulation and handle submission of planning permission- Assist and produce construction drawings detail and specification- Research and sourcing material and furniture according to design requirements- Able to assist in China’s project with chinese language speaking and writing skill - Took part in projects range from interior design (renovation of apartment, office, clubhouse), exterior design (bungalow, low rise condominium, guard house, shopping mall canopy, shopping mall plaza)

- Assist in schematic design and submission drawing phase on interior and architecture works- CAD drafting and development- Prepare presentation board and model making
