I joined SMS Management & Technology via Graduate ProgramAs a consultant, I have participated in serveral engagements in utility and telecommunication industry performing different roles including data analysist/developer, software tester, report developer. From the engagements undertaken by me to date, I was able to work effectively with people from both a technical and business background. I was responsible for providing IT related support to both staff and customers at the Job Training Institute. In this role I was required to perform a diverse range of tasks, requiring a significant degree of technical versatility. These tasks included website development using HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL, configuration and maintenance of network devices, acting as the system administrator for the Student Management system (Moodle), along with general hardware / software troubleshooting in response to staff issues. Fundamental to the success that I achieved in this role was my ability to work with a large number of stakeholders, managing each of their needs against competing priorities.
