I believe that developing self-leadership (personal leadership) increases the quality of life for everyone. This means the art of self-leadership not only to be important for us as individuals, but it also has a major social impact. After all, if people feel better about themselves, live healthier lives and experience more connection with each other, social challenges are tackled faster and better. Whether this concerns climate change, migration, the environment or the increasing costs of healthcare, people who master the art of self-leadership solve this faster and better together.That is why I am committed to making the art of self-leadership accessible to as many people as possible.I believe in the power of coaching. Coaching by peers, by coaches from your own peer group, by peer coaches. I don't think anyone can develop his or her self-leadership completely autonomously. We have too many biases for that, we remain limited to the bubble in which we live. Peer coaches coach on self-leadership, ask 'disruptive questions' and thus help their peers to break through their biases.That is why I am committed to providing high-quality peer coaching training with the Peer Coach Academy, which is feasible and affordable for as many people as possible.
