I came from a technical background, I was a developer in the beggining, I had a lot of opertunities to levarge my experiences, one of them was in 1998, that was my first outsourcing job, it was in the States, it was for a very nice company Remedy staff and Seam International with a very nice people, I learned a lot from those people and environment, and off-sourse advanced technical skills, beside life skills.I moved back to Egypt in 2001 for starting my outsourcing business in Fekrasoft with Local Staff Developers, and I had a chance to build a good relations with deferent clients in the States & in Golf area too, because as we all know everything is growing when you build your relations on a trust and honest.Since 2001 I have been leading Fekrasoft, I may get involved in technical issues and advices for the team members beside my loved hoppy which is Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations.During the last period I have been involved in some social activities related to IT Industry hoping to move my experience to others and also to get new experiences too, and I became an active member for both Egyptian CIT "Egyptian Chamber of Information Technology", and eLABS.In Dec 2010, I have been choosen as a responsible for the Internet group or sector in CIT.Specialties: Business Development Management, Enterprise Sales, and International business responsability
