My current roles entails overseeing the activities of the HR team, work and support the HR Manager, formulates policies and procedures for effective coordination and management of all HR activities on the Project Site. Support the subcontractors HR Personnel by providing advices and giving of mentoring on the best practices of HR management including tips on daily management of personnel on the project site. My HR duties entails much of a generalist given the facts that I attend to all HR issues on the project site.

I organised and planned all training events, manage all other trainers and assign tasks to them. I also oversees the general managment of the business and ensure adequate resources are assigned to all events whenever necessary.

My responsibility is to oversees all the daily activities, which include financial reporting, issues handlings, procurement and arrangement of outstation training program for our client.
