Our work with hundreds of organizational partners and thousands of teachers over the last decade has shown that this work reduces grade inflation, lowers D/F's, particularly for historically underserved student populations, reduces stress in classrooms, and consistently is evaluated as some of the most powerful professional development teachers have experienced, and has even shown to increase teacher retention.
