Marc H. Feldman is the founder of Feldman Law Firm, LLC, and specializes in real estate and corporate matters. With over 20 years of real estate experience as an owner, buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, investor and mostly as an attorney, Mr. Feldman possesses an expert-level knowledge of real estate and corporate law. Mr. Feldman has counseled clients on acquiring, developing and investing in real estate, financing documents, construction agreements, private investments, and corporate formation. Mr. Feldman is also General Counsel for Five Forty Investments, a diversified investment company. Mr. Feldman graduated from Michigan State University and the Chicago-Kent College of Law, with honors, and holds ICSC designations for both Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and Specialty Leasing (SLD). He also is a licensed Title Insurance and Property Insurance agent in Ohio. Mr. Feldman a member of the Ohio and Illinois Bars and has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and Shopping Centers Today on legal and ancillary income programs in real estate. He is a frequent lecturer on legal issues, including at the 2017 ICSC National Law Conference, the 2016 and 2017 University of Shopping Centers at the University of Pennsylvania, and multiple ReCONs, as well as the 2022 ICSC National Law Conference in Orlando, Florida.
