Collaborated in the Museums Framework for Engaging with a Art research study to understand the preferences and behaviors of museum visitors aiding in:• conducting surveys•conducting and collaborating in co-creation workshops• measuring the influx of traffic of several museumsentrances at various times of the day• consolidating the information into a working solution•report information back to the museum curator During the course of my 6-month contract, my team and I were able to track the seasonal trends of customers, report back to the Museum to curate events and installations based on the preferences of certain focus groups.

Our weekly duties include but are not limited to; front desk receptionists, tour guides, prospective students and family lunch visits, school visits, and much more. As a Service asst. I was cross-trained over a variety of different departments during my time here at Sewell Lexus of Dallas. I worked here over a period of two quarters one being the Summer of 2018 and again that following Winter of 2018/19. My jobs were as follows; Loan-Car assistant, Cashier, Receptionist, and the overall, Service Asst. While each job had similar but different responsibilities, the overall contributions and performance levels were the same. While working in a high-paced environment, I closely monitored and performed at the level of my other well-respected colleagues. All employees are kept at a high level of professionalism and expected to not only maintain a high standard of customer service but also leave long-lasting relations/impressions to our guests.
