About Dr. Felecia Pittman, Shrm-Scp

At the heart of who I am, you will find a builder. Whether it’s a program to increase persistence in underrepresented women in STEM, compression planning to develop HR strategy to build capacity in a flailing team, fractional leadership for a startup, a career services program to increase placement and success of postsecondary graduates or recognition programs to encourage persistence in high school students, I LOVE to build. What is most important is the opportunity to build for the benefit of people. I am passionate about advancing, empowering, and inspiring people through education, information, and opportunity. Because I’m data-driven (and competitive), I enjoy seeing the data, but because I love people, seeing the impact is the most important! My analytical/nerd vibe allows me to critically analyze situations and backward plan to get to the results necessary for success. That’s where my love for mapping skills, creating systems, analyzing curriculum, and ensuring strategic delivery of results-focused curriculum and training becomes evident. Knowing that an organization is effective is one thing, being able to measure organizational effectiveness and seeing its positive impact, is the best thing! It has been said that I am a courageous leader, entrepreneurial professional, and resourceful team player with integrity and professionalism. I humbly agree but I would still say that I’m a builder who’s a fierce advocate of building success in people and defying what others may believe to be impossible. Everyone deserves an opportunity to be successful. IF you share that belief, let’s connect and build people, success, and opportunities together. Key Skills:• Change Management • Coaching and Training• Organizational Effectiveness •Strategic Alliances• Education/Instructional Technology •Employer Relations• Strategic Planning & Scheduling •Human Resources and RecruitingOperations Microsoft Office (Word, Excel / Outlook/PowerPoint) / Canva / ATS / Google Suite / iMovie/Understanding of Cloud Technologies/ Keynote/ Adobe Spark/ Adobe Connect/ Zoom/ Handshake/ Finalsite (web authoring)
