The PILLARS is dedicated to delivering quality programs and services aimed at the reentry of the person into the many systems around him (work, family, community). We do not solely focus on his/her addiction...we focus on his/her recovery.Through holistic services such as yoga and mediation, we provide tools to help individuals become centered in self-help approaches to wellness. When requested, we will provide guidance through individualized recovery plans and linkages to legal and financial advice, parenting skills classes and workforce development.The PILLARS seeks to be the premier institution for one-stop service delivery for ANYONE in recovery in NYC.

Students are struggling with more than their studies! Peer pressure, academic stressors, family issues and curiosity can lure them to experiment with drugs and alcohol. We, as educators, are here to give them the tools they need in order to abstain from substances so that they may achieve their goals.Let’s Talk S.A.F.E.T.Y. is a not-for-profit organization which designs comprehensive substance abuse prevention programs, specifically targeted to teens and youth who are between the ages of 13-18. Because we deliver a different kind of life-saving information regarding teen substance abuse, we are positively impacting today's youth.

• Coalesce organizations within Central Harlem to provide youth with a network designed to reduce and prevent substance abuse• Support systems and community level change for children and youth through relationship management of our partners, community coalitions and affiliate agencies• Serve as the primary liaison between SAFE in Harlem and funding sources• Monitor performance and agency contribution towards community impact goals. • Share best practices, innovation and continuous improvement with agencies. • Work with other members of the Youth team to develop strategies for improving the school readiness for prevention efforts. • Grant research, writing and timely submission for evaluation• Analyze relevant data, and meeting with programs and providers to develop and implement strategies related to prevention. • Promote public awareness campaign to increase public awareness about the importance of supporting prevention.• Assist with overall project management including working closely with SAFE in Harlem’s marketing and communication efforts with external programs • Plan and execute stakeholder events• Oversee Interns and Summer Youth Volunteers
