• Job Scope: I will be responsible for all operational aspects of smooth running of trainings including internal and external customers, venue setup, logistic arrangement,delegate registration and etc
• Timely delivery of commitments in accordance with client’s goal and objective.
• Liaise with International trainer from oversea such as UK and US to ensure their needs are accommodated which required a high level of communication skills.
• Travel to oversea such as Shanghai,Dubai,Jakarta and etc to smoothen the events and build the network with the international delegates from different country.
• Provided in depth analysis on travel management and client processes in APAC and Middle East
• Manage at least 5-10 events per month which included overseeing my coordinator’s event.
