DHL SUPPLY CHAIN – Operador Logístico Internacional – 49.000 m2 Supervisor Operaciones (Diciembre 2016 – Actualidad) – Reportando al Gerente (Site manager): - Dirección y Gestión de Recursos: Análisis de los datos reales del turno, verificando y corrigiendo tanto la aptitud de los operadores y coordinadores que componen el equipo, como la veracidad de los datos reportados a dirección. Corrección de errores en ambos sentidos, tomando medidas para encauzar el rendimiento del equipo. Coordinación y dirección de un equipo formado por tres coordinadores de área, equipo de administración y stock control, equipo de seguridad, equipo de enclave y entre 46-70 operadores de almacén, haciendo un total de 80/100 personas aproximadamente. Selección, entrenamiento y dirección de todos los miembros del equipo. Planificación diaria para alcanzar los objetivos fijados. Planificación de vacaciones y horas de modulación (bolsa de horas). Seguimiento de productividades e implementación de las mejoras necesarias para hacer rentable el negocio. Seguimiento y resolución de incidencias y establecimiento de procedimientos preventivos enfocados a la mejora continua. Análisis de kpis y datos derivados de la operativa. En colaboración con los departamentos de prevención y recursos humanos, vigilancia del cumplimiento de los objetivos en cuanto a salud y prevención. Formación en el área de prevención de los operadores, así como seguimiento del cumplimiento de cara a evitar incidentes. Seguimiento de la resolución de incidentes. Dirección, implementación y seguimiento de sistema de control de productividades. En colaboración con el departamento de Mejora Continua establecimiento de parámetros en cuanto a objetivos y parametrización de datos en el sistema para el correcto seguimiento del rendimiento del equipo de producción.

Production Coordinator –Reporting to Production Manager: - Manage and control the production plan. Planning complete orders for big costumer according with project and design of the product. Control and manage the packaging and deliver and coordinating the necessary resources to match the budget. Control and coordination staff of the production department.
