My role is unique as my role sits within the Global Center of Excellence and is the TA COE Manufacturing Partner for Greater North America. As Talent Acquisition Business Partner, I was responsible for full cycle recruitment for U.S. manufacturing plants including technical role such as Maintenance Mechanics, Electricians, Optical Equipment Leads, Engineers, and Director level roles such as Plant Manager, Manufacturing Director, Learning & Development Manager, and more! • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. • Create research strategy for talent pool. • Responsible for job posting and advertisement. • Innovative sourcing strategies, sourcing candidates, and creating pipeline. • Deliver an exceptional talent experience by managing the finesse of the interview process. • Leverage data to influence change management as needed to land hiring targets, market mapping, and competitor analysis.

As a recruiter for Northwestern Mutual, I oversee the process of sourcing, recruiting, and selecting financial representatives and college financial representatives for our company's TOP 10 Internship program. In addition to the sourcing, recruiting, and selection process. I am responsible for on-boarding and making sure both our full time Financial Representatives and our intern College Financial Representatives are properly licensed and have completed the necessary training and certification courses before entering sales school.
