I offer a diverse perspective of professional experience having worked as a Merchant, Developer and Owner’s Rep. Construction Consultant.I have built approximately five (5) million square feet of new space and overseen and managed the personnel responsible for the construction needs of fifteen (15) million square feet of space. I have worked with clients and tenants overseeing a wide variety of diverse projects and managing all aspects of the project from design through opening. I have opened approximately 4600 new stores, renovated several thousand square feet of commercial space, programmed 200K square feet of office space and worked on several specialty construction projects. Responsible for budgets in excess of 50 million dollars I have developed skills and expertise in estimating, purchasing, contract negotiations and scheduling. Experience and knowledge in administrating the process from project development through occupancy and managing tenants, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, third party consultants and local jurisdictional relationships. I am a strong and motivating leader and believe in the growth and mentoring of team members, supervising an in house staff of 10-18 construction managers, CAD designers and administrative staff members as well outside consultants and vendors.Recently I have also provided consulting services to third party clients offering Owner Representation and Asset Management for all types of construction projects.
