I have vast experience in operation management which includes recruitment and employee integration, employee supervision and conflict resolution, budget preparation, P&L analysis, warehouse supervision, inventory control, rolling stock fleet maintenance and overseeing building maintenance and leasehold improvements. I’m a people person, good listener and communicator who is always open to improvement opportunities, efficiencies and streamlining processes through feedback. My passion is motorcycles, I love riding as well as working on my own motorcycles. I enjoy learning about mechanics and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty and do my own wrenching as it gives me a sense of satisfaction.
