Felice Strachman has been working in the financial services industry for more than thirty years specializing in risk management and insurance. Her experience includes but is not limited to all lines of commercial insurance coverages, advising clients on managing risk, coverage needs, terms and conditions along with risk transfer. Ms. Strachman is the Head of Corporate Services at A&C and provides advice and guidance on regulatory compliance and fund governance to investment management and financial services firms around the globe. She is directly responsible for all aspects of the firm’s corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate services practice. Prior to joining A&C, Ms. Strachman worked at firms including Hub International Ltd; Kornreich/NIA/Acordia and SDL Brokerage Inc. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor and licensed insurance broker in the State of New York.Ms. Strachman is a highly respected professional with thirty plus years in the financial services and insurance community. Her tenure encompassed two fundamental and crucial disciplines within the investment management industry: Operations and Risk Management. She developed her skills by analyzing and negotiating diverse portfolio of risks, including financial services, investment management, real estate, manufacturing, retail, law firms and many other industries. She has developed a special expertise in assessing cyber security risks, insurance risk and establishing and maintaining best practices in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Ms. Strachman is an extremely service oriented professional. The breadth and scope of her experience allows her to provide advisory services, including risk exposure analysis, premium pricing negotiations and policy language reviews, while also assessing her clients’ contractual obligations, loss control and claims.

Responsible for mid and large commercial lines accounts, including handling day to day operations, renewals, preparing proposals, presentations, marketing and negotiating new and existing lines of coverage, loss and coverage analysis, issuance of certificates of insurance, binders and related documentation. Also work to develop and expand both new and existing client relationships. Maintain rapport with local carriers and markets. Manage relationships with clients; handle and resolve inquiries and problems in a prompt and efficient manner. Train and motivate personnel in areas of customer service. Generate revenue growth through account rounding out and cross selling lines of coverage (i.e. employee benefits, personal lines, life insurance).

Responsible for diverse book of mid and large Property and Casualty accounts, including handling, negotiating and preparing new and renewal proposals, specifications and policy reviews/evaluations. Manage relationships with assigned new and existing clients; address/resolve inquiries and problems in a prompt and efficient manner and/or client requests. Ensure continued client satisfaction and account retention while building strong customer relationships. Generate revenue growth by retaining existing customers, expanding in-force business and achieving client satisfaction.

Responsible for mid-size property and casualty commercial accounts, including creating proposals and specifications for new and existing business; reviewing and analyzing coverage’s to best serve client needs; utilizing sales and negotiation skills while interacting with clientele and carriers; resolving disputes; assisting with servicing, invoicing and marketing of national accounts.
