Integrity • Courage • Resilience This is what defines me. It takes integrity to put in an honest day’s work. It takes courage to think outside the box and put your ideas out there. Mostly, it takes resilience to come back every day and do these two things to the utmost of your ability. I am a visionary. I work with purpose to accomplish my goals. I’m driven by the need to do things the right way. I see the needs of my company and help push us toward our goal. My colleagues are the people I spend most of my week with. I want them to succeed individually, and I want our team to succeed collectively! An organization that operates in unity can accomplish great things. It doesn’t require talent to be on time, be dedicated, and have good work ethic; it requires discipline. I have an eye for problem spotting and a brain for creative problem solving! I love working on a team who works towards goals and helps create a positive environment. Working in healthcare has helped develop my communication, compassion, and multitasking skills. My experience has also given me valuable tools such as critical thinking and prioritizing, and has taught me servant style leadership. I’m always looking for an opportunity to put these tools into good use.
