As team lead I continued contributing to various customer projects as a developer and designer while I also shouldered more responsibility for both the team's well-being and the company's deliverables. These responsibilities included project management, professional development, and strategic efforts to make Quality Think a sought-after supplier and employer.For example, I worked with diversity throughout our recruitment channels which made the company achieve its goal of a 50/50 gender balance. I also worked on establishing routines for knowledge sharing, feedback, and iterative improvements to our development process.

At Quality Think I started as a web developer and UX/UI designer working with larger frontend applications in Vue.js as well as customer sites built on top of Wordpress. Some of the customer projects I was heavily involved with were Gothenburg City's visitor site, the Maritime Museum digital exhibits, and the pension platform Pension On Demand. In my capacity as UX/UI designer, I also designed many of the sites I later developed and ran some more involved design processes for larger projects involving user testing and interviews. Apart from development and design work I also held various workshops to promote knowledge sharing, streamlined development processes, and worked with marketing campaigns.

When I started Wallin Design I mostly developed bespoke websites with JavaScript and PHP. Eventually, the business moved on to more WordPress-centered development as I gained my former employer Posifon as a client. Apart from developing websites I also had occasional consultancy assignments as a UX/UI Designer.

Employed to start and run a mentorship program for students of the Digital Design program at Kristianstad University. In my role as a mentor, I guided students in web development as well as design courses and helped them seek professional opportunities after their studies.

As a web developer at Posifon, I had sole responsibility for the maintenance of Posifons public web projects. This included security hardening and continuous improvements of the sites and their design to improve traffic and click-through rates. I was also responsible for designing, user-testing, and developing new public web features such as interactive usage guides for their core MedTech product, as well as, digitalizing and making recent research on the MedTech topic more available.

At Mild I worked with population and SEO optimization of the agency's customer websites using techniques such as WordPress and Yoast. Some of the brands I worked with during this time were Fitness24Seven, Gekås & Däckteam.
