Recent projects include the Museum of Historic Annapolis, Georgia College & State University, Georgia Tech, The Marilyn Horne Museum, the National Museum of the Marine Corps, the Library of Congress, the Birthplace of Country Music, and the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum. Felicia oversees staff and subcontractors in the development and production of linear, interactive, and non-traditional media for multiple diverse clients. She is responsible for the full production oversight of all media, including supervising location shooting, scriptwriting, and creative content development, and directing post-production and research staff. She is experienced in budgeting, licensing, and rights negotiation as well as substantive research. She has shepherded projects from initial concept through post-production and installation on time and budget. She ensures client communication is substantive and prompt and that the work meets or exceeds quality standards. Before coming to Hillmann & Carr, Felicia wrote, researched, and produced documentary films broadcast on The American Experience and Frontline on PBS, the Discovery Channel, and other educational venues.
