I support the Council on Dental Practice's Dental Team Wellness Advisory Committee, advancing their strategy to improve the health and well-being of dental professionals. I manage the ADA Wellness Ambassador program collaborating with dentists whose voluntary projects enhance provider well-being and support state and local dental socieities. I review wellness related content for the ADA website, and update content assets for ADA Members. I oversee ADA's Well-Being Index license and ensure ADA and national and state resources are available for dentist members, and dental students. I helped plan and execute the ADA Health and Well-Being Summit (September 2023) by securing presenters, partnering with operations colleagues, ensuring attendee and speaker satisfaction, and drafting an Executive Summary that can be found on ADA.org/Wellness.

I developed, implemented, managed, coordinated and evaluated ADA programs that are focused on improving oral health care for aging and special needs populations. I supported and provided technical expertise to the Council on Dental Practice Policy in carrying out their Bylaws and responsibilities related to the health and wellness of dentists. I coordinated the acquisition of subject matter expertise, accessing and analyzing information in content areas to determine reliability, drafting reports that require cross-divisional vetting and maintaining a working knowledge of new content areas. I planned continuing education webinars on opioid education for dental providers, and supported the National Elder Care Advisory Committee on an ADA Symposium (in 2022) on Older Adult Oral Health, as well as drafted that program's Executive Summary.

I managed the current portfolio of ACHE's Premier Corporate Partners and am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of each partnership. I collaborated with ACHE's Divisions of Marketing and Professional Development to ensure that each Corporate Partner receives a strategic, integrated marketing platform from which to raise awareness, share thought leadership and most importantly, to develop relationships with ACHE Members at the national and Chapter levels. I ensured that all partnership deliverables are executed on-time and that Corporate Partners are leveraging the partnership to the fullest extent to achieve optimal ROI.

I managed a portfolio of Talent Management and Clinical Operations partners (clients) whose solutions have received the exclusive endorsement from the AHA. I developed and executed strategic marketing plans to position these endorsed solutions to hospital and health care networks decision makers and influencers. I create targeted communications, moderated webinars showcasing best practices and planned educational round tables. I cultivated and curate content marketing opportunities for my partners. I collaborated with AHA sister companies including the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) and the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE). At ASHHRA's annual conference, I managed an educational track with 9 learning sessions sharing best practices and case studies. I advised my partners about sponsorship and exhibiting opportunities at ASHHRA and AONE, and throughout other divisions within the AHA. I administered and promoted an annual scholarship for mid-level health care HR professionals that recognizes individuals who have positively impacted the field. I am responsible for revenue retention and partner satisfaction/engagement.Developed and delivered presentations for regional ASHHRA Chapters on on the topic of HR's Strategic Leadership in an Era of Health Care Transformation.In 2018, I supported the Institute for Diversity and Health Equity (IFDHE) by collaborating with their commercial sponsors to ensure the deliverables associated with their investments achieved optimal ROI and that each sponsor was engaged and satisfied with their partnership with the American Hospital Association.

In this role, she collaborated with health plan and employer clients who purchased StayWell's interactive solutions including a population health management platform that used a digital health risk assessment and digital health coaching programs to increase member engagement, improve member health outcomes, enhance member satisfaction, and reduce health care cost. In tandem with a sister company that offered telephonic coaching and a health and performance vendor whose platform was fully integrated within StayWell's health and wellness portal, she worked towards achieving her clients business objectives and achieving desired ROI for their investments. She managed her client's satisfaction and with their interactive solutions (including consumer and member-facing health portals and micro-sites, an interactive symptom checker and mobile applications, email newsletters, and text solutions). Other responsibilities included renewing their contracted, partnering with the Marketing team on white papers showcasing client partnerships and results, and supported the Sales team with leads and cross-selling opportunities.

Her primary responsibility was to consult with hospitals, health systems and health plans on custom print and interactive solutions to support her high-value clients partnership so that their solutions met their marketing and business objectives. She led client teams to help clients build their brands and raise awareness of health issues through print publications, email newsletters, consumer health portals, health and wellness calendars, and multimedia solutions. She was primarily responsible for revenue retention and growth and client satisfaction and engagement. She was very successful at providing the Sales team with qualified leads for new business and references for prospective clients, and helped the Marketing team identify successful client case studies which were showcased in collateral, email promotions and industry conferences.

She was recruited by the NAWH Board of Directors to lead this not-for-profit membership organization which served women's health executives, primarily working as business and clinical leaders, in hospitals across the US. Her responsibilities included full operational oversight including monitoring annual income and expenses, preparing the annual budget and managing cash flow. Additional responsibilities included supervising and mentoring three full time employees. She also managed membership recruitment/retention efforts, marketing and the development of strategic partnership with organizations like Merck and Subaru. Further, she led the NAWH Foundation's efforts to generate revenue by writing grants, developing partnership proposals and planned the annual appeal.

Her responsibilities included managing a $200,000 grant from The Commonwealth Fund to determine best practices in women's health and managed care. She partnered with an AHIP member (a PhD/MPH), expert in health care research, and designed, conducted, and analyzed a health plan survey to identify criteria for evaluating quality, cost and outcomes in women's health care. The result of the research was that 8 reports were published on exemplary managed care plans with effective women's health programs. Those findings/reports garnered local and national media.

She partnered with an AMWA physician member, leaders and subject matter expert to direct a grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to support a coalition-building project supporting tobacco control and prevention for women and girls.

During my Fellowship year, she worked for a woman Member of the US House of Representatives and focused on women's and children's health, health care policy and aging issues.
