My role involves reviewing strategies to increase revenue, often by researching new markets and assigning sales professionals to develop new businesses and partnership in various regions (namely, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa).Generating revenue forecasts, establishing sale targets and designing incentives is part of my role to maximise potential revenue in each product segment. I lead a team of Regional Sales Managers and Executives in various regions. Coaching my team in building rapport with clients have been a constant key contributor to our success. I look into organisational development and talent development. I review and tailor-make performance assessments on a yearly basis. This encompass various paradigms (eg. Communication ability, teamwork, self-esteem etc). As a HR professional in the company, I suggest trainings and skill development for various individuals in the organization and invite trainers to assist in delivering internal workshops according to the company’s needs.

As a Senior Sales Manager, my main role involved managing a team of Sales Executives and Managers in generating revenue in our Delegate Sales Division. The role does include a spectrum of duties such as Recruitment, Retention and Coaching of High Potentials. I started out as a Sales Executive and worked my way up to Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager and finally Senior Sales Manager within a period of 2 years.
