Project Management and implementation of new application projects and of upgrades, enhancements and pilots for supported applications. Coordination with support organizations to ensure service levels are in place. Providing customer training and support for applications. Applications supported include a document management system based on Documentum, a facilities planning system, a project collaboration system application (based on Livelink).

First I was in charge of Document Control for IDC at Intel Fab18 during factory construction. This position included the maintenance of various document control logs and producing status reports and graphs. Later on I was responsible for the document control system in Intel operations group. This position included participation in the implementation of a new document management system involving application testing, data preparation for transferal, data check and user training. Document control continuing support included procedure update and maintenance, maintenance and routing of documents in the system, final check of documents before publishing for viewing by users. I also provided user training and 1st level support to system users.
