• Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs and fill key roles for multiple Business units• Arrange and conduct interviews to select right talent to join company’s growing workforce of 2000 employees• Maintain and develop new recruitment channels• Handle all administrative duties including applying for work passes, screening of resumes, onboarding new hires

• Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss strategies to maximize revenue for each season• Take ownership of guest concerns and provide excellent guest engagement

• Work with Marketing team and vendors on business expansion ideas such as new collaborations• Supervise and train the team members, encouraged suggestive selling techniques to hit sales target• Solicit feedback and PR with regular customers in order to implement useful suggestions into operations
