Actively leads planning and delivery of high-priority event activations as needed both for existing clients as well as one-off projects, including items such as; budget development, sourcing and contracting of vendors and venues, managing team members, overseeing on-site delivery, etc. Create and oversee the creation of client facing documents including: work back schedules, approval decks/documents, meeting agendas, meeting recaps, run of shows. Lead top-level communication with clients regarding contracting, budgets, payment schedules, timelines, etc. All with a solutions oriented, positive attitude.
