RESPONSIBILITIES • Contracts- consultants and suppliers• Invoicing• Project Coordination• GDPR Compliance• Supply Management• Marketing and communicationDuring the recent course of a large IT-project for a customer I was in charge of handling contracts with sub-contractors, both hiring freelance consultants and suppliers such as HPE, VMware and Palo Alto for the delivery of IT experts, software and hardware. While coordinating efforts from sub-contractors, I arranged the procurement agreements with the customer, took care of administrative tasks both on the project and internally such as Data Protection Agreements and invoicing.I have taken a great part of the process of defining the VONHAYDEN company strategy. Recently I have worked on the VONHAYDEN business- and communication strategy, which included copywriting and designing a new upcoming company website. My main focus was ensuring that these were compliant with the company strategy.VONHAYDEN is an innovative IT-company, providing infrastructure solutions using DevOps-teams.

Worked with developing on online presence, mainly a company website using technologies as Wordpress and wordpress plugins, web hosting solutions and online communication theory. As a freelance contractor for Vonhayden, I worked primarily with copywriting, concept development, and business strategy.
