Felicia Mullaney is a Veteran Disability Attorney at Veteran Advocacy Project (VAP). She possess expertise in management, teamwork, law, strategic planning, veterans benefits. While it is acknowledged that she is the head of her department she inspires her staff without the presence of hierarchy but with a sense of mutual responsibility to get things done. She is highly organized while managing many priorities; motivating multiple personalities; navigating a challenging organizational reporting structure; and creating a burgeoning organization.
