Hello! My name is Felicia and I’m looking forward to being the newest member of your team! I have 5 years of experience in all aspects of medical billing including but not limited to patient accounts; claims, denials and appeals; accounts receivable; and revenue cycle management. I love attending seminars to continually further my knowledge in an industry that’s constantly evolving. I am currently enrolled at Everett Community College pursuing my Medical Coding Certification so continue my career growth. Along with medical billing experience, I also have 5 years of management experience having been an office manager for two separate chiropractic clinics. Aside from management experience in an office setting, I have prior experience as an assistant manager at Timberland starting out as a seasonal employee and working hard to get internally promoted to assistant manager which required exceling in customer service. I am a personable, detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication skills that does great working alone or in a team setting.
