- Account servicing with current key accounts and take an active lead in business development to bring in new accounts in FMCG, lifestyle and government sectors - Pre-sales tenders for MNCs/ Gebiz RFQs (request-for-quotations) - To conceptualize and develop integrated marketing solutions for clients, recommend and advise clients of appropriate deliverables and budget - Translate proposals/ briefs and execute clear working processes and deliverables - Day-to-day management of assigned accounts, oversees project to ensure timely and accurate execution of client’s projects with expected KPIs met - Responsible for the accounts’ profitability through high revenue and resource management, such as managing internal and external partners - Responsible for managing client’s trade marketing programs across APAC regions - Responsible for managing constructive and effective relationships with local third party vendors, agencies and partners

- Manage the overall progress and development of major accounts and projects. - Supervise and execute BTL projects throughout project duration, keeping track of timelines and ensure timely completion of projects - Logistical and fulfillment arrangements for projects - Manage the clients’ budgets and monthly expenditure reporting - Ensure that all project-related costing and client invoicing are completed duly and diligently on a regular basis - Responsible for managing client’s trade marketing programs across APAC regions: - Program management – execute program mechanics, training, incentives, in-store communications, loyalty programs - Responsible to support countries in localizing the retail management toolkits to meet specific country needs, at the same time ensuring alignment of concepts across region

- Conceptualize and implement in-house PR/ marketing campaigns and events (specializing in recruitment and retention programs) - Media Planning (advertisements, brochures, newsletters and other collaterals) - Events management - Organize and manage marketing activities - Preparation of market intelligence reports (market shares, competitors’ info) - Developing of marketing collaterals for target market - Account servicing (Handle major distributors’ portfolio) - Front line operations – Assist Customer Service counter for daily sales operations/date entry and crisis management. - Other administration/ co-ordination duties
