• Compute monthly Canada provision for accurate financial reporting• Prepare and process quarterly tax payments in compliance with Canadian tax regulations• Conduct quarterly Canada ARCS (Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Sales) Reconciliation to verify accuracy and completeness of financial records• Review and prepare W-8 and W-9 forms for accurate documentation and compliance with IRS regulations• Prepare Transfer Pricing Reports to ensure compliance with international tax regulations and transfer pricing policies• Prepare Canada Corporate Income Tax Returns to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations

• Responsible in preparing basic components contributing to federal & state income tax working papers and associated calculations, including book/tax adjustments, foreign entity calculations, return-to-provision true up adjustments, and other tax return schedules• Assist the team with the preparation of forms such as 1120, 5471 and 8858• Responsible in preparing the US state & local apportionment templates• Conduct tax research using BNA research software and produce technical memorandums.• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations and annual extensions. Initiate filing and payment• Support the quarterly and annual income tax provision process, including preparation of various tax provision computations• Assist the team in Preparing the Separate Filing States and Unitary State Workpapers
