I started off my career as a human resources staff in PT. Akur Pratama start from December 1st 2014 until January 2019. Have responsibility to calculate payroll, incentive, social security for 300 employees. I was given also to serve as manager on duty. I serve for almost 5 years and I am really grateful for the experience that I had and I am wish the best of luck to the company. In 2019 I was given the opportunity as Human resources clerk in Holland America Line. I learned in new work environment, challenges and especially new responsibilities. I am act as human resources manager assistant and have working with people from various country. In 2020 I go back to Indonesia due the Covid-19, I have been trying to look for an opportunity so I can continue my career in human resources.
