While undertaking work experience at Yorkshire Water my tasks varied on a day to day basis. This was a customer focused position which gave me the opportunity to develop my analytical research and report writing skills. Whilst in the role I gained a significant interest in environmental and sustainability management.I was involved with the Company’s “Switch off Site Lighting Campaign” and a project looking at colleagues attitudes towards introducing locally sourced products into the company canteens. I was also able to learn about sampling bathing waters in order to protect public health.

During my time at Hatfield Visual Arts College I undertook work experience as an admin assistant for two weeks.After my two weeks were completed, I was asked to stay on until the end of the summer to carry out generaladministrative duties.
