Recent work with N&N and internally to streamline the lung cancer pathway helping to enable lung cancer patients to be treated with 62 days, clinical and patient choice being the only reason for failure. Working alongside CHUFT to reduce Cardiology patients length of stay.Divisional bed management ensuring flow from ED, timely discharge.

Ensure smooth running of busy Trauma and Orthopaedic Department. Managing 22 Consultants and 27 Medical Secretaries/admin staff. Ensuring 42 theatre lists a week are fully staffed and utilised.
