Felicity Evans was the General Manager Human Resources for ANZ New Zealand and the Pacific, her career in Human Resources spans more than 25 years.In this role, Felicity was responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies, programs and policies to support the employment and development of ANZ’s 9,000 employees in New Zealand. Responsible for ensuring ANZ has the right people and capabilities to support ANZ’s business performance and contributes to ANZ’s global HR strategy.Career achievements include contributing to ANZ’s role in supporting staff during the Christchurch earthquake, successful implementation of the ANZ Simplification project which aligned ANZ and National Bank’s core banking systems and brands following the merger of the two banks. People and Change divestment of ANZ Asian Retail Banks across five countries. Most significantly Felicity has taken a leading NZ corporate position to advance gender pay equity and removing barriers to achieve improved diversity and inclusion.Felicity was a director of the ANZ Staff Superannuation Scheme.
