I bring with me a wealth of experience to your event, classroom or boardroom. I’ve worked with defence and civil aviation companies, both fixed and rotary wing. I’ve worked with pilots, cabin crew, engineers, executive teams, Ground Operations, Air Traffic Control, and people from supporting roles such as CAMO, planning and IT. I’ve noticed more and more people are suffering from stress and mental health issues, and as such I take a keen interest in wellbeing. I’m a qualified meditation leader and specialise in other complimentary health techniques to aid relaxation and wellbeing.
