My responsibilities in this role were to communicate, schedule and help to facilitate all aspects of the sales training provided for the 300+ salespeople in Thomson Reuters Risk sales. Given the extensive recruitment undertaken in 2013, I focused this year on optimising the entire on-boarding experience for new sales personnel, including new starter orientation and boot-camps. In addition to on-boarding responsibilities, I have assisted in running broader sales training and development initiatives, including product and systems training. I also regularly produce, share and post online the learning materials for sales training programmes (course pre-work, notes, evaluation and reinforcement/coaching guides).

• Provided sales reports for the VP of Sales EMEA and EMEA Sales Directors using Salesforce.com and excel• Worked with account directors, marketing and external telemarketing company to coordinate a lead generation project.• Assisted hiring managers in sales with recruitment including posting job roles, screening CV’s before giving to hiring manager and coordinating telephone/face to face interviews• Set up the previously non-existent employee on-boarding programme for the sales team which I coordinated and continued to develop for each new starter
