Dr Felicity Kelliher is Professor of Management Practice at South East Technological University Ireland. An experienced principal investigator, research supervisor and mentor, Felicity co-founded RIKON in 2003, now BRIM-RIKON Centre, specialising in solving business problems and creating commercial opportunities through pioneering research advancements across business strategy, innovation, design, operational excellence and technology optimisation.Felicity adopts action research and longitudinal interpretive case methods to study management capability development in small and medium sized enterprise (SME). A Fulbright Scholar, she has engaged with over 1200 SMEs through her research and was awarded the Knowledge Transfer Ireland Research2Business Collaborative Impact award in 2015, in recognition of her contributions to this sector for the benefit of the economy and society. She regularly contributes to management theory through publication in top tier international journals.With a strong belief in Community, Felicity has contributed to the wider academic and practice communities as Past-Chair of the Irish Academy of Management (2017-2020), and as a member of the Irish Research Council (2015-2021) and the Royal Irish Academy Social Science Committee (2014-2020).
