Teaching English to students online, around the world with various levels of English across all age ranges, cultures and backgrounds. Using the medium of Skype, lessons consist of fluency and flow practice accompanied by grammar work and topic-specific vocabulary as well as exam preparation. The type of lesson depends on the aims and goals of the student but have specifically focussed on preparation for the IELTS, CAE & CPE examinations alongside English for career development or personal goals.

Safe guiding of summer Yoga sessions at the beautiful Forest Meadow Retreat. A continuation from last year's Yoga classes, this year focussed more deeply on breath work and flow. Students from all over Europe took part in the classes, from a variety of age ranges and abilities.

Full planning, implementation and teaching of an Introduction To Yoga summer programme of classes in the beautiful surroundings of Forest Meadow Eco-Glamping Retreat. Classes focus on breath work alongside safe introduction of asanas and Yoga philosophy.

May-June 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019. Training of new staff across two resorts in the mountains of Spain. The training incorporates; mountain safety, group management, food hygiene, customer service, 'The Product', mountain driving, manager training, marketing, company philosophy and creating super fun days out on the mountains.

Joint management of a very close knit team to provide safe and exceptionally enjoyable skiing holidays in the Dolomiti Mountains. Management responsibilities included; providing excellent standard of accommodation; overseeing and coordinating a weekly changeover; hosting responsibilities including local expert, outdoor leader and best friend; accountancy, troubleshooting and most importantly staff safety and wellbeing. Alongside this, we led groups of guests on mountain days including downhill skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and hiking.

Management of a full teaching timetable; learning and progression of 16 classes of Korean students at three different schools; two middle schools (aged 13-16) and one high school (aged 16–18); teaching, assessment, planning, and working in cooperation with six Korean co-teachers to deliver lively, efficient English lessons utilising full immersion in English.

Management of full teaching timetable; learning and progression of 9 classes of Chinese students aged 4-21; organisation and planning of all lessons and extra-curricular activities; worked closely with a Chinese teaching assistant to deliver productive lessons and liaise with parents, particularly during open lessons. Two Mandarin lessons per week were compulsory.

Preparation of speeches, policy research, and briefings on upcoming external legislation; co-coordinator of the Financial Inclusion Taskforce at HM Treasury; leadership of a research project identifying the impact of the recession on Basildon residents, which was followed by a campaign highlighting how the Council could help residents; assistant project manager for a Katherine Jenkins concert, providing all infrastructure, site and stage management.
