Directed advocacy and outreach efforts for Austin’s largest urbanist organizations. Spearheaded 2022 local election efforts around electing pro-housing, pro-transit candidates to Austin City Council. Organized online and in person events, created short and long term campaign strategies, directed fundraising outreach, supported critical campaign field efforts and built a community wide coalition of supporting organizations. Increased overall AURA membership and while bolstering community engagement, and broadening public support.

Co-Mayor and lead organizer for YIMBYtown 2024 held in Austin, TX. YIMBYtown is the premier nationwide conference for pro-housing advocates, bringing together 500+ individuals for a rigorous three day conference with panels, workshops, networking, local tours and more. Oversaw all aspects of the event, from winning host proposal to final execution, including sponsorships, budget, media relations, onsite logistics, scholarships, and speaker management. 2024 Conference saw 100% increase in sponsorship, ticket sales, and significant increase in media exposure, speaker participation and event impact.

Assisted the largest community based group supporting the creation of Project Connect. Drafted key campaign messages, executed digital outreach, participated in citywide field efforts and provided ongoing strategic support to ensure the passage of Proposition A.

Founder of fibercove, a coworking, meeting and event space in Austin. Over five years, forged a vibrant coworking community and professional space with 100+ full time members. Managed all aspects of the business including branding, sales, marking, staffing, and finance. Directed team of 3-5 employees supporting 200+ meetings and events per year. Crafted online media and marketing presence leading to consistent sales growth. Winner of 2016 Austin Inno Fifty on Fire award.

Directly managed a growing web development firm including all aspects of operations, marketing, and finance. Oversaw 20% YoY sales growth including customer outreach, firm branding, resource management and team growth. Crafted first ever branding campaign for the firm, including launch of social media channels, press outreach and marketing materials.
