Account managers work across all internal divisions to ensure these are promoted and implemented to customers to the highest of standards. Previous healthcare knowledge and experience of key contacts and procurement processes are essential for this job role with an emphasis placed on the Healthcare vertical within Central London.Key responsibilities• Monitor LPP and tender bids for healthcare• Work with the bid team and internal departments to create tenders and present on shortlisting• Build relationships with customers and new Trusts in order to promote Ricoh technology• Implement and project manage the installation of new technologies both internally and externally• Account manage contracts with reviews, calls and face to face meetings• Maintain pipeline and income generation to meet monthly targets• Work with marketing teams to promote NHS funding initiatives and new technologies to customers

I worked within Transport and Logistics project managing four areas to improve quality, performance, productivity and value for money. Projects vary but I primarily worked on developing departments in line with Guy’s and St Thomas’ vision of preparing services to be competitive against the external marketplace.
