Working as part of the wider business development team within the Support Services division. My role includes negotiating and drafting contracts, such as multi-million pound central Government TFM deals, contracts with the MOD, NHS and the emergency services as well as property management businesses and universities.My Main duties include;- Evaluating and advising on contractual risk in support of mainly facilities management bid opportunities.- Attending contractual negotiations with clients, advisers, partners, suppliers and sub-contractors.- Preparing clear and concise précis of complex contracts containing TUPE and pensions implications.- Drafting of sub-contracts and various agreements and updating/amendment of standard contract conditions.- Advising on contractual disputes with clients and sub-contractors.- Liaising with different sections of the business development teams including commercial and project managers to ensure the legal issues are understood and taken on board in preparation of tender returns.

lead the selection, implementation and management of a CRM system used by Business Development teams within Interserve Support Services as well as actively managed the ongoing use of the system (including training, maintenance & new function deployment, Report building and analysis) whilst managing customer relationships within the business.

Placement 1 – CRM Project manager Project managed the implementation of a customer relationship management (CRM) system within commercial business development. I have also worked closely with the Marketing and Sales team in organising Client Forums.
