There's nothing I love more than the buzz I get when I know I've made a difference in someone's life by getting creative with their property's possibilities.One of my favourite strategies is to partner with property owners who want to sell, by paying all the costs of the renovation and arranging all the work. Once the property is sold and all costs refunded, I share the profit with the owner. The agent gets a property that's easy to sell - vendor gets more in their pocket - I make a profit. Everybody wins!I've been involved in almost 30 projects involving renovating and developing. Along the way I’ve been an owner-builder for my own house, which was a challenge I loved, as well as co-ordinating small scale developments. I bring that extensive experience to every new client's situation.Ultimately, I'm a firm believer in win-win. I want everyone to walk away happy with the outcome we've worked out, whether it's simply that they love the design for their new kitchen, can make a chunk of cash selling off their backyard, or are thrilled to discover a property can be developed into multiple townhouses.
