I currently work part-time in my local village shop which requires me to provide exemplary customer service, managing the stock levels, taking telephone orders, and analysing sales trends to identify popular products. I was also tasked with the redevelopment of the EPOS system which required a significant level of organisation and impeccable time management to ensure that the service of the shop was uninterrupted. This task allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of the sales systems and ultimately take ownership for its ongoing maintenance and upkeep.

My role consisted of designing and styling a range of events, mainly across the south of England. The events included festivals through to weddings, each requiring a different theme and creative twist. My role saw events through their entire lifecycle, from the initial conception through to the execution. My key responsibilities included:• Manage customer and supplier relationships• Assisting with the creative design and planning of the events• Using CAD Design Software for pre-event planning• Managing the on-site team during the day of the event• Stock management• Maintaining the company social media channels• Ensuring that activities scheduled were within budget• Managing the calendar of events
