In this role, I managed an agile team enabling 6000+ RMIT Vietnam students to make a successful transition from student to career including:- One-on-one career coaching for undergraduate and postgraduate students - Leading and innovating RMIT Vietnam's flagship "Personal Edge" professional skills development program - Developing and facilitating employability skills workshops for students doing internships- Leading strategy and direction for the Career Mentoring Program- Designing and leading community and career programs for women including the Women's Empowerment Club HCMC and Lean In Circles for postgraduate students and alumni; and- Instructing the NCDA's Facilitating Career Development (FCD) course to upskill staff working with students on university program and career choice.
